STAT 2380 - Statistical Methods I
Statistical Methods I (3-0) An elementary introduction to statistical concepts and methods. Descriptive statistics, elementary probability, binomial distribution, normal distribution, estimation and hypothesis testing for one-and-two sample problems, simple linear regression and correlation. Concurrent enrollment in STAT 2182 is required. Prerequisite: MATH 1320 or MATH 1409 or MATH 1508 or MATH 1411 or equivalent with a grade of "C" or better.
