Instruction and practice of techniques and their
applications in the clinical laboratory setting
(practicum) in hematology, immunohematology, clinical
chemistry, clinical microbiology, coagulation,
body-fluid analysis, and serology. This course includes
the principles and practices of quality control and
pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical components
of laboratory science and the application of safety
to laboratory practice.
Corequisite: CLSC 4471.
Prerequisite: CLSC 3368 with a grade of C or better.
