strategies and tactics for sports and entertainment events.
Topics include human resource planning, customer service,
facility, ticket and concession operations, legal issues,
demand analysis and capacity utilization, budgeting and
financial administration, sales, merchandise marketing, and
promotion.
Prerequisites: MKT 3300 and MGMT 3307 each with a grade of
"C" or better.
