Planning for the management of human resources in the
hospitality/tourism industry. Recruitment, selection, and
evaluation of employees, job analyses and descriptions,
labor management relations in the hospitality/tourism
industry, labot-related visas, and government regulation
are examined.
Prerequisites: MGMT 3303 and MGMT 3307 each with a grade
of "C" or better.
