The course will address all aspects of project planning and
development as a preliminary step to the students' selection
of a topic or phenomenon of interest for the doctoral
synthesis project that will incorporate well-built questions
search strategies and outcomes, identification of resources
needed, plan for evaluation and dissemination.
Prerequisite: Department Approval.
