Provides a comprehensive look at the nutritional needs and
changes of people in the various stages of life, such as,
pregnancy and lactation, infancy, childhood, adolescence,
adulthood and aging with emphasis on factors influencing
normal growth and development.
Prerequisite: HSCI 2302 with a grade of "C" or better.
