Instruction and practice of techniques and their
applications in the clinical laboratory setting
(practicum) in hematology, immunohematology,
clinical chemistry, clinical microbiology, coagulation,
body fluid analysis, and serology. This course includes
the principles and practices of quality control and pre-
analytical, analytical, and post-analytical components of
laboratory science and the application of safety to
laboratory practice. Corequisite: CLSC 4472.
