CHEM 4334 - Structural Biochemistry |
Examines bio-macromolecules from a structural
point of view, focusing primarily on protein
complexes. Includes interpretation of different
levels of bimolecular structure (primary to tertiary),
structure and function relationships and three
dimensional structure determination techniques
such as x-ray crystallography and cryo-
electron microscopy.
Prerequisite: CHEM 3330 and CHEM 3131 w/C or better.
