Reading English as a Second Language (3-0)
Practice in reading academic, informative, and
literary texts, with emphasis on vocabulary development,
textual analysis, and critical thinking. Study of library
research and documentation techniques. This course is
obligatory for all ESOL students. Corequisite: ESOL 1311.
Prerequisites: ESOL 1309 and 1406, each with grades of
C or higher.
